Job Description
Webbuggs seeks a results-driven Upwork Leads Generation Expert to consistently source qualified leads via Upwork. You will identify relevant projects, analyze job posts, shortlist high-potential clients, maintain lead records, and coordinate with Business Development and Sales to meet monthly targets. Requirements: proven Upwork lead generation experience, understanding of Upwork algorithms and bidding strategies, strong written English, familiarity with web/app/software/game development, and a target-oriented mindset. Preferred: experience with software houses, CRM knowledge, and ability to work independently during night shifts.
