Job Description
Job Purpose: Join Weldon Paints Pvt. Limited as an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth by managing distributor networks and field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance.
- Identify and appoint new dealers.
- Develop relationships with key influencers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce.
- Mandatory experience in the paint industry.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
