Job Description

We are hiring an Admin Manager to lead daily administrative functions, supervise office staff, manage facilities and supplies, coordinate schedules and events, oversee vendors, and maintain office policies and records. You will improve processes, support senior management, handle basic budgeting, and ensure compliance. Candidates should have 3+ years in administrative leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, leadership ability, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
