Job Description

I am hiring on the behalf of my new company.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Paint Industry

About:

You’ll be the friendly voice (and sometimes the email/chat) of our paint company. Customers call in with questions about colors, orders, delivery times, pricing, complaints, or product issues—and you help them out.

Responsibilities:

· Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from customers

· Help customers choose the right paint (interior, exterior, industrial, etc.)

· Take orders and track deliveries

· Handle complaints calmly and find solutions

· Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams

· Keep customer records updated in the system

· Follow up to make sure issues are truly resolved.

Requirements:

· Have good command on excel

· Have good typing speed in English or Urdu both.

· Have good Communication skill.

· Comfortable using a computer and CRM software

· Patient, organized, and solution-focused

· High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus)

Qualification:

BBA-Marketing / BS ( Prefer ) Female

Have good knowledge about Computer

Experience:

Must have minimum 3 years experience as a CSR/ Customer Dealing
