Job Description
Objective: The Women’s Empowerment Group is seeking Call Center Agents to reach out to potential donors and supporters to raise funds for Pink Ribbon Hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to individuals and organizations.
- Share the hospital’s mission and fundraising goals.
- Answer queries and encourage donations.
- Maintain call logs and donor data accurately.
- Build long-term donor engagement.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Urdu/English).
- Confidence and empathy on calls.
- Prior experience in fundraising or telemarketing is a plus.
