Job Description
Wonder Digital Company seeks an Ecommerce Operations Manager to manage online orders, dispatch accurately, handle customer inquiries (phone/email/chat), track fulfillment, resolve delivery and satisfaction issues, coordinate teams, and improve processes. Requirements: experience in ecommerce order management or customer service preferred, strong communication, organization, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, basic computer and order-management software skills; ecommerce platform and logistics knowledge a plus. Full-time (Mon–Sat), in person at North Karachi Industrial Area. Salary PKR 30,00–35,00, growth opportunities, friendly workplace.
