Job Description
Work Work Ltd seeks an onsite Call Center Agent in Gulberg II, Lahore. Hours: Mon–Sat, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM. Salary: Negotiable. Responsibilities: make outbound calls to warm leads, promote solar and air-source heat pump solutions, convert inquiries into qualified appointments or sales, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent customer service. Requirements: minimum 1 year call center/telesales experience, knowledge of solar/heat pump products, strong communication and sales skills, target-driven, able to work independently. Job Type: Full-time, Contract (48 months). English required. Applicants should be available to start immediately and able to work onsite.
