Job Description

Join our team as a Program Policy Officer, School Meals. You will develop and implement policy guidance, coordinate with government partners and NGOs, monitor program impact, and support evidence-based advocacy to improve child nutrition and school attendance. Responsibilities include policy analysis, drafting guidance, stakeholder engagement, and contributing to proposals and reports. Ideal candidates hold a university degree in public policy, nutrition, international development, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in program policy or school feeding, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English. Commitment to child-focused programming and a collaborative working style is required.
