Job Description
We are seeking a Manager Programmatic to lead our programmatic advertising efforts, oversee demand-side platforms (DSPs), and optimize cross-channel campaigns to maximize ROI and scale performance.
Responsibilities include developing strategy, managing campaign execution and budgets, analyzing performance data, ensuring brand safety and targeting accuracy, and coordinating with sales, creative, and analytics teams.
Qualifications: 3+ years in programmatic advertising, hands-on DSP experience (e.g., Google, The Trade Desk), strong analytical skills, knowledge of ad tech, and leadership abilities to mentor a small team.
