Job Description
We are hiring a Clean Room Supervisor to oversee daily cleanroom operations, ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards, and maintain a contamination-free production environment.
You will lead a small team, train staff on gowning and aseptic techniques, monitor environmental controls, perform audits, document deviations, and coordinate maintenance and calibration.
Requirements: Associate degree or higher in biotechnology, engineering, or related field; 3+ years cleanroom experience; strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and effective communication.
