Job Description
Wrap Lab is seeking a dedicated Surveillance Officer to monitor restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities include observing staff behavior and customer service, identifying and reporting violations, and conducting inspections of kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate will also enforce policies, assist in staff training, and handle customer complaints effectively. Daily and weekly compliance reports with recommendations will be required.

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
