Job Description
Xcentric Services is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Specialist. Responsibilities include maintaining a smooth onboarding process, developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, and managing employee privacy. You will also lead a team and handle workplace investigations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent, with proven HR Manager experience. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Preference will be given to female candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a software house.
