Job Description

XenMD is looking for a motivated HR Assistant who is a recent graduate with strong communication skills. In this role, you’ll support the HR department by handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in recruitment by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage attendance records.

Qualifications: Recent degree in HR or related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00/month. Full-time night shift required.
