Job Description
We are hiring a Credentialing Team Lead to oversee provider credentialing, manage a team, ensure compliance, and maintain credentialing timelines. You will coordinate primary source verifications, monitor renewals, liaise with providers and payers, and improve processes. Requirements: 3+ years of credentialing experience, supervisory experience, knowledge of NCQA and CAQH, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. Preferred: experience with credentialing software and process improvement. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
