Job Description
XENMD seeks a proactive HR Executive to implement HR policies, manage employee relations, recruitment, training, performance reviews (quarterly/annual, 360°), compensation & benefits, HRIS/ATS evaluation, retention/turnover metrics, grievances, and daily HR operations. Full-time, in-person in Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi. Pay: Rs25,00–Rs45,00/month. Benefits: free meals, paid holidays, provident fund, career growth, annual/bi-annual increments.
