Job Description
XRbusiness is seeking a skilled Customer Support & Email Marketing Specialist for our packaging division. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction through effective order management and inquiry resolution. Your responsibilities include managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to deliver high-quality packaging solutions.
Successful candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in customer service, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month. Work will be conducted in person.
