Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join Z Square Technology. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Business Administration, or a related field. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; exceptional English communication skills; strong decision-making abilities; prior experience in customer support or client-facing roles is preferred.
