Job Description
The Finance Executive will prepare and issue CAM (Common Area Maintenance) invoices via the CRM to residents and owners, monitor recoveries, track defaulters, and generate recovery and variance reports. The role includes maintaining payment records, coordinating CRM enhancements and testing with the Tech team, supporting CAM reconciliations, identifying billing discrepancies, and meeting monthly KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; 1–2 years’ experience in accounts, billing, or property management; strong Excel and communication skills; familiarity with CRM/ERP; and ability to work independently and in a team. Location: Lahore.
