Job Description

We are looking for a Manager – Administration and Corporate Events with strong experience in administration, event management or banking coordination to join our team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage administrative operations efficiently while supporting senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, and internal activities
  • Handle banking-related coordination, documentation, and follow-ups with relevant institutions
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Supervise administrative staff and support cross-functional teams as required
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and administrative updates for management
