Job Description
We are looking for a Manager – Administration and Corporate Events with strong experience in administration, event management or banking coordination to join our team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage administrative operations efficiently while supporting senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, and internal activities
- Handle banking-related coordination, documentation, and follow-ups with relevant institutions
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
