Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in outreach, lead generation, and client relationship building. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, executing effective outreach campaigns, and supporting the sales pipeline with qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research to identify potential clients across multiple industries.
- Run targeted outreach campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate high-quality leads.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospects to convert them into business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messages and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and activities in CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly outreach and lead generation goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify new avenues for business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in outreach, lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Highly self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Target-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
