Job Description
Zenith Associates is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Officer with hands-on experience in networking, CCTV systems, software and hardware support, and vendor management. This full-time position involves maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and providing timely support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Install and maintain CCTV systems.
- Provide technical support for desktops and laptops.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Administer general IT tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science.
- 2-3 years of IT support experience.
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.
Salary: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month
