Zerritta Flowers is looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Dolmen Mall Clifton

Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Have a sense of making creative arrangement, gifting and floristry
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection
• Upsell and recommend flower arrangements, gifts, and add-ons
• Manage in-store display and maintain product presentation
• Handle billing, order taking, and customer inquiries (in-store & WhatsApp)
• Coordinate with florists/production team for timely order preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business

Requirements:

• Love to work with flowers
• Prior retail or sales experience (preferably in flowers, gifts, or luxury retail)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Presentable, polite, and confident personality
• Ability to work weekends and peak hours
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & WhatsApp communication is a plus
