Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef who specializes in Pakistani and Chinese cuisine. The successful candidate will prepare and present authentic dishes while preserving cultural flavors and cooking techniques, maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional dishes per established recipes.
- Supervise kitchen staff and train in cooking methods.
- Plan menus using seasonal and regional ingredients.
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Control food costs and minimize waste.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Senior Line Cook.
- Expertise in Pakistani cuisine and cooking techniques.
