Job Description
We are seeking a Services Operations Analyst to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement. You will monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, identify trends, support incident and change management, create regular reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, 2+ years in operations or service management, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail, time management, and a service-oriented mindset are essential.
