Job Description
On-site Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. Mon–Fri, 7 PM–4 AM PST. Lead US healthcare ops to meet TATs, 98%+ accuracy, 90%+ client satisfaction; optimize workflows; coordinate clinics; manage staffing, insurance/patient onboarding; and report performance. Req: 5–7 yrs operations (BPO/US healthcare preferred), 2–3 yrs leadership, strong communication/analytical skills, MS Office, healthcare CRMs & reporting tools.
