Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM PST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time and Onsite
Position Overview:
Zue is seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals with strong English communication skills and a solid background in Virtual Assistance, CSR, Inbound, and Outbound roles. The selected candidates will serve as a crucial link between our company and its US-based customers/clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Use company systems to access customer accounts, assist with online transactions, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through web-based applications.
- Promote and educate customers on self-service tools for improved efficiency.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system while maintaining organized records and generating reports when required.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of US customer service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or A-Levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Flexibility to work USA shift timings.
