Job Description
Job Title: DME Assistant
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM PST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time and Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage DME orders from physicians, referral sources, and patients.
- Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility.
- Review medical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with patients for missing information or order updates.
- Support operational tasks, including weekend assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in DME, healthcare operations, or medical order processing (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends when assigned.
