Job Description
We are hiring a Guest Relations Coordinator at Zynergy Solutions to remotely manage Holiday Homes UAE apartments in Dubai while based in our Karachi office. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in 4–5 star hotel reservations, front desk, or Airbnb management, strong written and spoken English, and a customer-service mindset. Responsibilities include managing bookings on Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda, responding to guest inquiries via a provided UAE WhatsApp number, coordinating check-in/out, maintaining booking sheets and schedules, and liaising with Dubai on-ground housekeeping. Must be able to work from home after Karachi office hours when required.
