Job Description
Oilexec is seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager with HACCP Level 4 certification. The Catering Manager will plan and manage labor, create executive-class menus, and oversee food production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to determine their needs.
- Supervise and motivate staff.
- Control budgets and ensure quality service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food production methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and accept feedback.
