Job Description
ASK Development is seeking experienced call center staff for the role of Upseller + Project Manager. This position requires a proactive individual excelling in client engagement and project management. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, six days a week, located in Nazimabad, Karachi.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying upsell opportunities with clients
- Managing relationships and project phases
- Coordinating with internal teams
- Tracking project progress and reporting KPIs
- Handling client concerns to maintain satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or project management
- Fluent in English with a neutral US accent
- Strong communication and leadership skills
