Job Description
We are hiring for a Customer Care Executive at ASK Development, a well-reputed telecom company. The selected candidate will be responsible for promptly answering customer calls and resolving queries with accurate information and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls professionally.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Processing customer orders and payments.
- Managing and updating customer accounts.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month (Performance-based incentives).
Requirements: Minimum graduation and 6 months of CSR experience; location: Islamabad (required).
