Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PST) | Night (On-site)
Location: Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor agent calls for quality and compliance.
- Provide feedback and coaching based on evaluations.
- Ensure calls meet internal standards and regulations.
