Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for ASK Development, a well-reputed telecom company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively.
- Process customer orders, verify details, and handle payments.
- Manage and update customer account information.
Salary: $37,00 – $55,00 per month (Performance-based incentives)
Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduation
Experience: 6 months in Customer Service (CSR)
Location: Islamabad (Required)
