Job Description

Atlas Battery Limited is seeking a dedicated and motivated Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional after-sales services and effectively handling customer complaints. Key responsibilities include timely claims settlement and conducting product awareness sessions for dealers and auto technicians.

Applicants should have good interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate technical issues clearly, and proficiency in computer usage. A Diploma in Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Mechanical or Electrical fields, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
