Job Description
ATU Logistics is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phase 6, DHA, Lahore. This is a full-time position with a salary of Rs 50,00, with the potential to earn up to Rs 100,00 through commissions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and a basic understanding of logistics services, being responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing service information, processing requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications include strong customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Office hours are from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
