Job Description
We are seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for our call center positions focused on UK and USA campaigns. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in BPO recruitment for UK/USA, excellent communication skills, organization, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. This full-time position offers a salary range of Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, with onsite night shift hours.
