Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is an INBOUND Customer Service Provider (no sales) serving clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and are seeking dedicated candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, preferably in US or UK-based campaigns.
Job Duties Include:
- Responding to customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
- Handling service inquiries, complaints, and daily processes
- Participating in trainings and team meetings
- Collaborating as a team player
- Adapting to various shift timings for team coverage
Compensation: Rs. 65,00 – Rs. 70,00 per month, with benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
