Job Description

We are Digitech Outsourcing Solution, an inbound customer service provider serving clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We are looking for serious candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, especially those familiar with US or UK campaigns.

Job Duties:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
• Respond to service inquiries and complaints.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
• Collaborate with team members as needed.
• Be flexible with shift timings for coverage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 70,00 per month.
