Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant for our USA-based campaign at Digitech Outsourcing Solution.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Active listening
- Experience with Shopify and online stores
- Prior call center experience (preferable)
- Rotational shifts on a weekly basis
- Proficient in Excel
- Basic knowledge of editing tools like Canva
- Able to create drafts and email templates
