Job Description
We are EHM IT Services, looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Estimator specializing in site development and landscaping for US-based projects. The successful candidate will prepare precise cost estimates, analyze project specifications, and develop competitive pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Review construction plans to determine costs.
- Optimize project costs through value engineering.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 1+ years of experience, proficiency in estimation software.
Pay: $70,00.00 – $100,00.00 per month
Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
