Job Description
We are seeking an IT Admin to join our team at Emeriosoft. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, including desktop and network support, ensuring system security, and assisting with technology upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support desktops and laptops.
- Guide staff on hardware and software usage.
- Diagnose network issues and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and VoIP systems.
Required Skills: Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, networking skills, and cybersecurity best practices.
