Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Admin to oversee and support our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide desktop and network support, ensure system security, and assist with technology upgrades.
Key Responsibilities: Install and configure devices, guide staff on hardware/software use, diagnose network issues, maintain IT inventory, troubleshoot various systems, ensure data security, coordinate with vendors, and support new application deployment.
Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux; networking skills; familiarity with cybersecurity tools; excellent problem-solving abilities; flexibility for after-hours support.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, minimum 1 year of IT support experience, CCNA certification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
