Job Summary: We are seeking a Surveillance Officer to monitor live surveillance footage from retail stores in the USA. Your role will involve detecting suspicious behavior and accurately reporting incidents. Experience in back office operations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live footage for security risks.
- Detect and report theft, fraud, or policy violations.
- Create detailed incident reports.
- Maintain and ensure the functionality of all surveillance equipment.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in surveillance or retail loss prevention (preferred).
- Strong observational and reporting skills.
