Job Description
Globe Call Centre is seeking experienced Cab Dispatchers with a minimum of 1 year in a related role.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate and dispatch cabs to locations.
- Monitor driver schedules for timely service.
- Communicate with drivers and customers regarding any changes.
- Maintain accurate records of operations.
- Ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience as a cab dispatcher or similar role.
- Familiarity with GPS and dispatch software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
