Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide professional and personal support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate hospitality, and handle lifestyle arrangements while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, oversee meal planning, host guests, arrange travel, and maintain communication with staff.
Requirements: Female, single, under 30, Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, proven experience in similar roles, proficiency in MS Office, and strong multitasking abilities.
