Job Description

Haptic Outsource Pvt Ltd is seeking a customer-focused team member to manage taxi bookings and coordinate our drivers. Your role will include answering customer calls, booking rides through our dispatch software, and monitoring drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Process bookings in dispatch software.
• Assign bookings to nearby drivers.
• Monitor driver locations.
• Resolve issues promptly.

Salary: Rs300.00 – Rs400.00 per hour
