Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit Quran teachers and administrative staff.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.
- Address staff concerns and resolve HR issues.
- Assist in developing HR strategies.
Requirements:
- Aleem-e-Deen or Hafiz Quran preferred.
- 3 years of HR experience (education sector preferred).
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills.
