The HR Officer will conduct audits of job descriptions (JDs) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies. Responsibilities include developing succession plans, monitoring training programs, and evaluating performance metrics. You will collaborate with department heads to enhance the performance evaluation process and drive continuous improvement through effective data management.
