Job Description
We are looking for a talented Upwork Bidder with 1-2 years of experience in Business Development to join our growing team at Nexus95. The ideal candidate will identify and bid on relevant projects, craft compelling proposals, and maintain strong client relationships. You will also negotiate project terms, monitor bidding performance, and ensure deliverables are met.
Requirements: Proven experience in Upwork bidding, excellent communication skills, CRM expertise, strong negotiation and sales skills, ability to work independently, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
