Job Description
Khan Continental Hotel and Restaurant is seeking an experienced Front Desk Officer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service and managing reservations.
Responsibilities: Greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, manage room reservations, address inquiries, and maintain an organized front desk area.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; degree in hospitality preferred. 2+ years in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00/month
